DELIVERY AND RETURN PROCEDURES

1. Delivery notifications


You will receive an email to the address you specified once your order has been shipped, it will include the tracking number (if applicable) so that you can track your order online until it arrives at your door.

2. Delivery times


Deliveries will leave within 5 working days after the order, depending on the availability of the products.
In the event of a delay, LCDS will contact you by email or telephone to inform you.



3. Delivery service provider


Deliveries are made by the Post Office. With or without signature depending on the products.


4. Place of delivery


You can choose to be delivered at home, at work or at a Post Office relay point of your choice.


5. International delivery


Shipping costs vary depending on the destination but will always be indicated before payment.

6. Return


You have 15 days to return the products if there is an anomaly.
